That’s just the thing. I’m not explaining myself to you guys over and over again. Want me to draw pictures? Even on this platform you still don’t have a clue and question customers? Please refer to my e-mails and telephonically discussed problems.. For the past month the signal I’m receiving is very poor. My rooter is about 3 years old and needs replacement. All you do all the time is give advice and instructions to move the rooter to a window.

So I’ve contacted Rain and asked what time the technician will be here today. That was like an hour ago. Still awaiting a confirmation. I mentioned that I’ve got other commitments today and that I will not sit at home and wait for their technicians all day. Please see attached screen shots.

Finally I got a new rooter and all seems to be working well at this stage. I’d like to thank Jessica at Rain for her exceptional service. You need more employees like her. Also technician Bensley thank you for your assistance. Rain however needs to “up their game” when it comes to general customer service. Thank you.
