More Empty Lies and Promises

First Problem i had is sliglty Sorted only to nose dive into the next one

22/08/2023 put in a cancelation for the appalling service and disgusting router you send my way and excepting me to accept that's the way to do it so you called me regarding this problem where I explained what the problem was and you told me will be replacing said router besides the fact you did not even bother to clean it , it was worse than the first one even if it stays connected it's still useless ... for the inconvenience caused so far you promised me half the bill and a replacement which i happen to accept and the cancelation was reversed ...

few days past don't hear anything from you kept calling every time a different excuse and still no notion of replacement so added another cancelation then all of the sudden ccd got the order for drop off and collection in which I reversed the cancelation again.

now the 1st got an invoice for over R700??? and ( 200GB+ that was used with broken routers ????? ) where the hell is the half bill you promised me???? this is unacceptable if you not going to keep to your word then the only solution here is cancelation once again every time i have to wait for replacements since you keep sending me things that can't be used got numerous support tickets for this problem. the replacement in question is only being delivered on the 4th so from the start of this up until now have products that can be used ...

the biggest issue here is the promise that was not honored.
