More bad rain service!!

After having complained directly to Rain, and having posted a review regarding their "very bad" (can't use the words I really want to use) service. They are still causing problems with service. We now have uninterupted service, but its do slow, its almost like we have no wifi. A download that should take a few minutes can at present take up to 19 hours! And thus us what we are paying for. They also promise that someone will get in touch with us to sort out the problem...but if never happens. They are the worst service provider I have ever seen.
