I cancelled my account with Rain but I am still getting billed for invoices I did not sign up for. What kind of **** is this?

Why am I still getting billed on an Account that is handed over to debt collectors?
One of your agents even confirmed that the account was cancelled but I am getting billed invoices and mysterious charges.

PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!!!
