month to month that you can get out of... watch out

Rains the worst network, I have tried to cancel my "month to month" contract with them for the past 3months. They still deduct money from my account every month after I have canceled with them for the past three months. Also I can't remove my payments details from the app, So it will continue to debt my account even though I have canceled with them. When I called them to cancel the agent that answered the call says that she will send it to the cancelation department. I then asked for a contact number for that department cause this is the third month in a row that I'm hearing the same story. She responds saying that the cancelation department does not have a nber or email. I have all call recording ID numbers of everytime I tried to cancel. I have joined another service provider already and I am still paying for something I'm not even using. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ASSIST ME.
