Month to month subscription promise a hoax

I was overcharged and submitted a query. Didn't make a payment pending resolution. My services were suspended in the interim for two weeks. Until Rain managed to make a debit on my account after I intentionally didn't make funds available for them. Services was restored but query still not resolved.

Now were on the second month and I was charged the full subscription amount, even though my account was suspended for two weeks. I thought this is a month to month subscription.

I've sent messages on social media and attempted to call several times. A month later my queries remains unresolved
