month to month is a trap.
month to month trap, i took it and used it for few months because i was not happy, i got a fiber and stop paying the Rain. few months later, my month to month account is in arrears...... though, haven't been using it. was told i now owe more than R2300 because I did not cancel.

like i mentioned to my earlier response, how can you say i used the services for 2 months without payment, hence the services are to be paid on a monthly basis. if one month was not paid, how did i get the service for the 2nd month? my dispute now is, if i used the services on the month of March as you claim, how did i get access to the services on the month of April without payment for the previous month?
