Month to month contract totally the opposite

Not happy with the billing system, this is a month to month contract however billing is piling even for months where i did not have access to their services they still billed the full amount.

Which usage on the all the months are you talking about when you previously advised of interrupted services until fully repaid. I will definitely not pay for service that was not rendered
