“Month to month” billing is a lie!

Rain claims to bill you on a month to month basis and no contracts are signed, however I stopped using the service in July already and never cancelled the service so I understood that I was still liable for august payment and paid at the end of August. I asked them to cancel at end of August so that I am no longer billed. However they still took my money at the end of September and are basically just ignoring my requests for a refund. They claimed to have called me back after I sent a request for refund but I haven’t heard from them and if I check my profile it shows me that they are planning to take money from me again on 1 November. My concern is that there were no contracts signed so why do they keep taking these funds from my account!? I’m highly upset and wouldn’t recommend that anyone sign up with rain
