Monies taken from my bank account after Sim card was cancelled

I cancelled my Sim card on the 29th of January 2021 but on the 1st of this month monies was deducted from my bank account. Payment on this Sim card has always been in advance and not in arrears, I paid the full R479 in mid August 2020 when i took out the Sim card and credit was allocated for the following month. In addition to make up the R479 for September 2020, monies was deducted from my account and the months following that, collections were made on the 1st of each month. REFUND THE MONIES YOU STOLE FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT NOW.
