Money taken..... internet suspended

Once again my debit order (my promise) has been taken, and once again my internet has been lost(their promise). If this is going to happen every month then I may as well cancel. On a very busy Monday i have to cancel meetings with my clients because my internet is gone making me look like a mickey-mouse company.

This is very disappointing. I gave Rain the benefit of the doubt on 3 occasions.

Call centre confirms money has been taken but not received as yet. WHY NOT GIVE THE MONEY TIME TO REFLECT BEFORE SUSPENDING SERVICE!!!
