Money taken by Rain from my account

On the 4th of January 2023 I made a cancellation for my rain internet service. In mid January internet stopped working but on the 25th of January 2023 money got debited from my account while internet is disabled. Also today on the 25 February 2023 another debit was made from my account. How can money be debited if I had cancelled and had no internet for two months? I have tried calling and had a bad experience with rain consultants. If any one from rain is looking at this message, can I please request a full refund? Thank you for your service.
