Money ****** AGAIN!!!!

I Canceled my account with you because i never have internet but every month you steel my money. i canceled 7 July and already paid on 25 June Then you still steel money out my account 25 July for a entire month that i did not use and now 25 August again you steel again. I want my money back or i am going to ICASA. You advertise month to month and get what you pay...Bull**** it is more like get once and pay for the rest of your life!!!!!!!!!!!!!
