Money ****mers

The WORST ,Pathetic service l have ever come across ,In 2021 l purchased a router from Rain ,everything went well ,till l had a house break in and the Rain router was one of the things that were ****** ...immediately l went to the police station to report ,they gave me the case number ,l then called Rain offices told them way had happened and even gave them my case number so they can cancel that ****** router ,l even wanted to open another one with them coz l needed wifi ,only to be told that they cant cancel ,and kept on transferring my call to different people and at the end no one assisted me ,following month they deducted money from my account in which that router l wasn't even using ...when l called again told them same story they said this router is still being used told them last time l told you guys it was ****** but none was willing to help me ..again l wasn't assisted ,now boom am receiving messages saying l should pay for my router with Absa guess they gave debt collectors my details to ask for money for the Rain router that was ****** in 2021 ....am tired of them honestly ...something needs to be done URGENTLY ,Coz this is theft by conversion ...or l have to sue them ...am being emotionally harassed by these Rain people who only think of money not their customers
