Money matter SERVICE not

2+ years I have been paying weather I have good signal or not. This month I hardly had any signal. But I am charged for it. Logged a complaint on the 2nd of January. Still not sorted. Your support is the worse I've seen. I will cancel today!

Something changed - and you dont care I reported this on the 2 of Jan, I am a online teacher and I am losing R 1000 a day. Still you take your money. You dont care! Loss of income claim? You take my money now I will take yours!

It is two weeks today, you making your problem mine now. Sort it out or I cancel. Buy more batteries do something! You cannot take my money for hardly any service offered. NO discount but increase. Less service. What do you expect?

I will remove my post but will have to cancel. Your support is poor. Why two weeks later on helopeter. I am right next to the faulty tower. It worked perfectly for months. Something changed.. I will cancel soon and remove my post
