Money Hogging Rain Services are more of a Pain than a Gain.

Well, its a sad story, and yet the same tune. Rain again broke their service in our area, and after speaken to a Call Centre lady, she noticed that all the tower in OUR area was either orange or yellow, not i good working condition. Then suddenly some good news at around 1am this morning i saw speeds that was exeptable and LATENCY that was acceptable. This just proves my point that Rain Towers are over congested. But THIS is not my problem, i pay for a service each month and I expect 99% uptime and 99% acceptable stability!! So again this morning, i have very high latency and poor speeds and before you tell me reboot or reset the router, i have done it already. SO once again I ask that a manager or higher level up money hogger contact me to resolve my issue. The issue is not with the Signal from tower to my Device. Its from your tower to your Internet service. Does it make sense to upgare the medium you use for the area? If it does not make sense i dont know how you are in your position in Rain. I want my speeds back and my latency back that i had prior and i am asking very nicely. Get your house in order. Feel free to conatct me you have my number.
