Money deducted without authority
Rain deducted my money today and they are supposed to deduct month end. And now I am sitting with no transport money to work. I've been sitting for over 3 hours for them to call. What kind of service provider is this, deducting money on unauthorized dates, this is ******** behavior. How are we supposed to trust a service provider behaving like ********s. I need my money back, I need to commute to work. What should I do.

15 Sept 2025, 11:47No I want my money back. I had to skip work today because I don't have transport money. I borrowed that money to sustain me for the month. Not for you to take it. Yes I missed my payment for 1st of September. I was going to make the payment month end when I get paid. I never agreed for you to deduct mid month. I need my money back. I need to go to work
