Money deducted after cancellation.

I ordered the 5G home internet WiFi on the 16th if December 2022. I received it in the 22 of December 2022. It has never connected to the internet ever since I received it. I have been following up with rain, they told me to wait for 24-48 hours which I did with still no connection.

I then decided to cancel them off in the 28th of December 2022. It was confirmed that I have cancelled. To also add, they have a wrong address on my profile when I check on the website. I do not know how that is possible because the delivery was made at a correct address.

However they still went ahead to deduct my money on the 16th of January 2023 and the next payment had been scheduled again for the 15th of February 2023. I do not know what that money is for.

I need assisted for these ******** to pay me back my money and remove me from their system ASAP.
