Money deducted after cancellation.

I have cancelled my SIM at the end of June 2021 (online), but they debited my account with R250 this month. (July 2021).

I saved the copy of the web page offline, clearly showing my SIM as being cancelled, as I was expecting this to happen.

Please credit the deduction back into my bank account.
