Money debited when i cancelled

This is utter nonsense.iv been using rain for years but recently it hasnt been connecting. They couldnt help with network so i cancelled.tell me why i woke up this morning and R535 is taken from my account.mind you the sim has been disconnected and even the app doesnt show sim cards.people have been complaining about you guys but i should have changed my account cause you rip people off.i want my money.your accounts were settled so this has no hold.i want my money

No i paid for january so what you saying doesnt make sense.my cancellation was made after i paid up.even the consultant confirmed that on the phone. You guys scheme money from customers.thats shameless.i want my refund as this is ********.my account was up to date.all month the sims were not working.do better
