Money but no data

Rain charges for services not delivered. You get billed for no data received. If you bill is an x amount, Rain packs the bill under your account even if you explain to them you won't have money to pay. They still charge you and not give you data. The moment you pay, the payment goes to the months you didnt pay yet on that month you didn't receive any service. The consultants are rude and tell you to take the highway if you want.
