money borers with no coverage

i bought a rain sim card. was delivered and activated it. was told that the 1st billing will be the 1st of june this was in may month, i waited for the sim card for 24 hours after activating it still no service or network, on my cellphone or even in i inserted it on my router they was still no network, i reported this after 24 hours the guy who help me sent me the picture of their network coverage in my area and i saw that i do not have coverage that we=hen i removed the sim card and send email to rain and the guy who helped that im de activating their service as i can not pay for something im not using. 1 june money was deducted from my back i been emailing rain every week with no response what so ever. i still want my money back, why should i pay for something im not using. getting fix rain and give me my money back.
