Money before service

on 15 October 2021 I was Assisted by Tasneem Sibiya in Checking coverage in my area for 5g connection which was confirmed to be available, Money in their bank, the delivery prosses was very Quick, then the night mare started and till to date i have spoken to multiple consultants and technitians which has been a total waist of time and my airtime, the damn 5g sim card does has no coverage in my area, how is that possible if this was checked before purchase was made???? i have been begging for a way forwad and they all have diffrent stories each time i call, i have been asked to puchase a 4G sim card from takalot which i did. but till to date no refund had been made, no credit to my profile, they not even contacting me to pickup the 5g router and sim card.

what in the hell **** service is this??? no call backs no follow up no nothing.

all i want is my money back so i can contact other business who really needs business cz clearly rain doesint know a dam thing about customer service.
