Missing Payment and Double Payments- no resolution after a moth of ongoing communication

I have been literally ghosted by rain on a double credit payment. Despite sending all the required information including the card number and statement that clearly shows the transactions, I have had to call them so many time, and been to narrate my story over and over , and asked to resend the email for the upteenth time, mind you they keep sending me WhatsApps about outstanding payments, yet they have not resolved this issue. I now have no choice but to use this platform, after which if this issue persists without a resolution, I will be forced to look at other platforms
