Missing in action
I've been trying to RICA my sim since 10 June. Manage to activate sim, but got no further on website. Been trying to call, email, used the online "support" tool, with no response... they promote the process as quick and easy within a few steps, but I cannot agree. It is most frustrating especially if you cannot get hold of someone to assist... how do they expect to do business?
