Missing CS Agents
Please advise where my refund is. You guys ignore the requests for feedback via your support. Also via your Facebook! Proactive until I sent you guys my banking details! And now nothing. No communication at all! I would've signed up once the tower issues were resolved but now I will never return as a rain client!! Pathetic Customer service!
