Missed payments resolution
I want to know , rain says it's not a contract , so if one missed a payment why is it that they have to deduct the money twice on the following month because of a missed payments??? Meanwhile the internet was also not working.... on top of that they say it was a two month missed payments which is a lie........ I will like to know

09 Sept 2022, 11:31Yes I get that but when I called , the lady I spoke to told me in 2 months I didn't pay which is lie, plus that one month rain was not working fully so why deduct when it was on and off???? And what is then no contract for ???
