Missallocation of payments

Support team from rain is not reliable. On my rain profile it shows I have not paid Rain in March. I paid Rain in March I even sent the support team my POP. They said they will allocate my payment accordingly. Till today they have not allocated my payment. I am going to cancel my subscription with them. They are the worst service provider.
