Misleading sales people, BEWARE

Lies, lies, lies I was told that if I cancel my service within 7 days I will get a full refund. I tried the call the support team and I am always told that we have escalated the issue to network and billing department but I am not getting any feedback. It doesn't take them 10mins to call you when you request a sales call back but takes ages for them to assist you should you need any help.
