Misleading Promises of services and Support

Rain promises uninterrupted, undisturbed WIFI internet coverage. but since I have signed up and received the 5G rain tower from them on the 27th October 2021 with the SIM Card being activated on the 28th October 2021. I had the one problem after the other with the WIFI connection whereby I had problems connecting to the Internet and struggling to connect my mobile devices to the router and the internet, I moved from my previous Service provider (Telkom) because of poor service but have to say that the internet connection from rain has been far worse as I have not since the 28th October 2021 had a stable internet connection with my Desktop PC or mobile devices.

The service is extremely poor...… and I am unsatisfied with the services from Rain as it do not deliver on their promises as advertised.
