Misleading Promises and Collapsing 4g and 5g Towers

On the article on MyBroadband below, rain assures its 5g consumers that they would automatically fall back to 4g when there are faults related to loadshedding. For two weeks now, my area in Randpark Ridge, north of Johannesburg has been forced to pull 4g connection from a tower that is in Melville, 10KM away. WHICH DOES NOT WORK!!! There are several 4g towers in the vicinity, but they are ALL inactive. The company tells you that the matter gets double escalated when you call, and that "their best technicians would look into the problem". They never get back to you as a paying consumer. All you get is misleading information and no actual viable communication that can put you at ease as a consumer. I am affected because I work from home, next thing they will want to debit money yet the same company is getting in the way of me being able to make a living because of false advertising and an unwillingness to communicate with the consumer and solve these problems on time! https://mybroadband.co.za/news/5g/478001-good-news-for-rain-5g-downtime-during-load-shedding.html
