Misleading payment terms and poor customer service

I had a disappointing experience with Rain. Despite receiving two SIMs with WiFi on August 9th, the payment terms were unexpectedly changed from September 15th to August 15th, which felt misleading. I would not recommend Rain to those who value clear communication. To make matters worse, when I complained about the issue, they promised to call within 24 hours but failed to do so. Despite their promise to call within 24 hours after my complaint, I didn't receive a call.
