Misleading, No Customer Care AT ALL.

I was previously a Rain customer in JHB and had little to no complaints as the service was average for the price. However, I moved to Middelburg in March, checked the Rain coverage map, and ordered a rain sim for use at my new place. It did not work at all, i tried cancelling within the 7 days to get a refund, and the service was only cancelled after a few emails and opening support tickets. however, no refund to date was given despite me opening new tickets again and even calling in. Pathetic customer service with little to no response, FALSE ADVERTISING regarding the refunds if cancelled within 7 days, a month has elapsed and nothing has happened.
