Misleading internet service

If I could rate rain -1 I would. They acknowledged that I don't use my data and I stopped payment thinking this is a pay in advance service next thing Jerome sends an email claiming I owe rain. I haven't even used their data since April and the modem has been off so how the hell does that make sense. Try calling them you will wait for years but when you want to sign up they're super quick. I want them to leave me alone and take their sim card back. Don't bother yourselves!
