Misleading information and wrong billing - overcharging
an amount of R1268 was taken from my account this morning I would like to understand why because Abdul from your company called me on the 23rd March among other things he confirmed that I don't have to pay for the 5g basic because the amount is complete.
I would like for the amount of the 5g basic which is R529 to be refunded back to me.
I have had a lot of ups and downs with rain ever since I took up this 2nd rooter (5g basic) you started inflating my bill i had to sit on the phone and on Hellopeter to force answers from you. On the other hand you don't make it your responsibility to call me and explain the reason of your billing.
Please let me know yhe the money will be reversed.
