Misleading information and Dishonesty by Rain

I have had the worst experience with Rain wifi. I ordered their loop device last month. When they delivered it they told me that it's unlimited, however this was a total lie. They only allocated 10 gigs of data to me and every time I asked why is the "unlimited data" not working I'm being told that they will log a call. This has been going on for over 4 weeks. Nothing has happened and now I'm expected to pay R690? For 10 gigs of data? That's not gonna happen.
