Misleading, False Advertising

Rain is one of the most misleading ISP's in SA, i regret the day I ever signed up for this. They give the impression that their services are pay as you use, no contract and on a month to month basis, this is not true. I have reached out on numerous occassions regarding cancelation and i received no assistance i also reached out on collection and still nothing, and it keeps on billing. I have recently received communication that my account has been handed over to a collection agent. Your routerhasbeen sitting dormant since February, yet I'm still being charged. Normalize checking usage! It's time for your company to address these problems and stop taking advantage of your customers. You will not get a cent out of me because of your misleading advertising.
