Misleading consumers with their advertised internet speed and coverage

They don't deserve even one star. I had to cancel and discard the sim card within a week. This company needs to be dealt with for misleading the consumers with their high internet speed be it 4G or 5G cause none of it is true. Their coverage map also must be investigated cause its a pure lie. The only is that I have noticed where the internet speed is reasonable is Sandton, Woodmead

Their support agents are trained to say one thing, that the tower is down and will be fixed soon and the consumer will be contacted once resolved.
