Misleading
Received my rain sim last week. I had done the Rica on sunday the 7th of February. Online FAQs says 2hrs for activation, 4hrs later not active. Contacted the call center, matter was escalated to billings department. A week later, sim is still not active. Contacted the call center today, agent advised billings will get to my matter as they have many queries and will get to mine as go down the list. Just ridiculous service and misleading information provided on their site.
