misleading

i shared my experience with Rain a long time ago, i have stated that i did not sign a contract meaning if i skip a month i dont need wifi for i wont be home for that month, it still continues after they have apologised and sorted the matter out. now i received a message from nudebt THAT I OWE RAIN over R4000. i have never agreed to such and it will never happen.

the consultant who called me dropped the call and never called me back. i called you guys to tell you i am moving home permanently if i can now pay for my wifi going forward and i was told i had to pay OVER r3000 today is over R4000. is rain NOT A CONTRACT, isn't it a month to month service. why was wifi if i did not pay it the 1st month??
