Mislead.

I was mislead by one of your Consultant (Sabelo) as I asked him before finalizing the application, if the 5g Sim card would still work in a phone or router, he said only the ones that support 5g, am currently using Z fold 3 and iPhone 13 which both support 5g and he even checked for me and confirmed that the sim card will work, as I clearly told him that I will be moving with the sim card.

To my surprise it is not working on both phones, today when I called in, I received a different story, that the Rain Sima card only works in the router that was provided, and if I cancel I wont be refunded as 7 days has passed.

If I calculate today it is 7 working day but unfortunately you guys count weekends but when I ask that as they say they are going to charge me from the 2nd to the 10th November, when am i going to receive the refund, she said 7 to 10 working days.

Working days only works when it suits you and I was misinformed.

Am very disappointed.
