Miraculous internet speed

Worst service provider, no resolution after 5 days of less thN 1mbs speed. Escalated what ever that means, seems to mean we dont care a **** and will not get back to you. Frst test there service in your area with there low cost offering and dont cancel your existing, otherwise you will be the **** as i am now.
