No problem i will be waiting

I requested for a callback regarding the R499 package, The agent failed to advise me that rain does not accept asylum seeker, South African refugee id or south African refugee passport however he asked me for the my refugee passport number which was provided to him, Ram courier refuse to deliver my parcel because of the same document that I provided the agent with, so all this happen after my money was deducted from my account and no one advise me such document is accepted by rain, bottom-line is I need the my tomorrow or my money back in my account tomorrow.

So that means a refugee living in south africa with legal documents cannot apply for rain internet?

I need my money to be refund today, I'm not gonna wait up to 7 or 10days, you guys need to make it clear that a certain category of people living in south Africa do not qualify your services and educate your stuff as well to provide necessary information when one is signing up,

on my suprise the package got delivered to me few minutes ago..and i explained the situation to the ram courier agent and provided them with my passport and they say it alright there is nothing wrong with my document, please kindly advise on what to do next please

Yesterday i provided them my refugee id, and today i showed them both refugee and passport
