****** milking money for unreserved services

Rain is just pathetic, be careful when taking out router deal with simcards, I have been with them for 3 years and this year from Jan to March I didn't have money to pay for the wifi and they cut services of which I understand but then why would I be billed and required to pay whereas the 3 months before I can be reconnected,I didn't use services at all. It's like asking to be paid for a job which services were never rendered, you are extreme ****** shem. I want to cancel this shifty service and come take your router and everything, I will join services of which if I am unable to pay due to circumstances I won't be required to pay when I want to reconnect, bull****
