Migrating plans
My experience with rain was great until I changed my plan from unlimited to unlimited off-peak. I kept trying to migrate back to my unlimited plan for days and it would pop up an error every time. It took their support team 3 days to resolve the issue, after having me send them countless emails regarding this. I'm not impressed.
