Message to Willem Roos CEO

I Purchase a rain sim March, I still cancelled the purchase on the same day, I send thousands of emails and tickets to rain, but received no response, (phones also do not work) for the last 3 months they have been deducting money from my account and there is no way to stop them unless I change my bank account, so this message is to Willem Roos the CEO, we know you are happy with your R350 million pay-out from OUTsurance but that does not mean you can take my money as you wish, you are the head of this company and your company are *****ing from allot of South Africans as I read these comment below.
