****MERS - you pay for no service

Rain is not working. It’s been going on 4 months now. All they do is ask that you unplug for 40-60 seconds and they still no connection. That time I’m paying over R600 and still have to buy data or go to the office to be able to work. They log tickets but nothing works. I want my 4 months refund and cancellation of this *******. You deserve zero stars. I’m so sick of Arin asking to reboot. If she asks me to do that one more time they will find the router in pieces
