I am using the rain service month to month to use for work purposes I reported my router being faulty on the 26 July until today no assistance from them, calling the call center the agents drops calls after you explain query and give them reference number they give you on every call....Spoke to someone they claimed to be manager on the 7th August named Magdalene they promised a call back today an agent said they do not know her on the 2nd I was promised they escalating straight to logistics.....I paid for the service but cannot use it. There is no sense of urgency neither customer service from this company. Sometimes when you call the center calls go to India!!!!!!! Rain is a ****
