After being hounded by attorneys due to an outstanding balance for a service which I did not use and was not provided I settled with them because I'd just had enough of the repeated calls. I made a payment arrangement and I've made two payments and I thought that would be that. I also requested that my service would be cancelled so that I would not have to pay for this **** anymore.

I have now received 3 SMSs stating that I have an outstanding balance with rain and I logged in to find that my service is still active. I called on the 20TH OF MARCH and was told the service will be cancelled and a received confirmation of this ticket via email. I am STILL getting SMSs over this to this day and my account is STILL active.

I tried contacting support again via the phone number provided on their site but all I'm met with is a repeating voice line informing me that my account is in arrears and it's impossible for me to get support.
