Good day,i have rain where I'm paying 625 on everymonth,all was well until I lost my card and rain send me an sms to verify bank details, I did just that and I paid in error thinking the payment will go into the month of March as I've paid the 1st of Feb fo Feb,I called rain and one of the guides did confirm the payment,and said will not be charged in March as the payment will cover March 1st march debited again which means I paid twice in Feb I paid 1250,to my surprise rain is telling me I'm.oaying backward rain is ****ming people I called them 1st day I.made the payment and they confirmed they even gave me case numbers,now I'm being told I'm paying g backwards .with rain if you fo not pay the second day they close their subscription but now they telling me I'm paying backwards I've never heard of such please be aware of rain they **** people,and rest assured you will not get a refund,3 to 4 people confirmed they see thfnoayment and itceill cover the following month now I'm paying backwards
